(Continuation news of NFML): Reasons for deviation: EPS for the period was negative with degrowth of Company's revenue during the 2nd Quarter ended on 31 December 2025 against the prior period. EPS have been decreased due to declining sales during the period. NOCFPS decreased due to less recovery of receivables during the period. As a result, NOCFPS decreased in comparison with the previous period. NAV Per share decreased due to negative EPS comparing with the previous year. (end)

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 04, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.
