(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.01 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. (1.29) for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.13 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (1.24) for January-June 2025; Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 17.80 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 4.79 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 13.08 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 12.93 as on December 31, 2025.

The company has informed that the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company which was scheduled to be held on 20 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m., has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The Revised Date, Time, and Venue of the Meeting will be communicated to all concerned in due course.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 28, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned rating of the Company as "A+" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financials up to December 31, 2025; unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, in its 221st Meeting held on 30 April 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Manzurul Ahsan, FCS as the Company Secretary of NRB Bank PLC. Thereafter, Mr. Manzurul Ahsan, FCS has assumed the responsibilities and functions of the Company Secretary of the NRB Bank with effect from 23 June 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 18.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 14.06.2026 to 16.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 17.06.2026.
