As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 2:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Mr. Rafikul Islam Mia Arzoo, a Sponsor of the company, has completed his transfer of 3,000,000 shares of the company to his brother Mr. Md. Aktarul Islam, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 07.09.2026.

Mr. Rafikul Islam Mia Arzoo, a Sponsor of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 3,000,000 shares of the company to his brother Mr. Md. Aktarul Islam, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within the next thirty working days with effect from September 2, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.479 for April - June 2026 as against Tk. 0.003 for April - June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.609 for January - June 2026 as against Tk. 0.083 for January - June 2025; Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 18.068 for January - June 2026 as against Tk. 18.384 for January - June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 17.46 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 16.74 as on December 31, 2025. Reasons for deviation: NAV increased due to increase of Retained Earnings and Statutory reserves. EPS has been increased due to increase of operating income and decrease of provision for taxation as compared to last year of the same period. NOCFPS decreased due to increase in interest payment and increase in income tax payment compared to previous period

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "A+" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
