The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 28, 2026 at 6:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on October 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 has been postponed. The revised date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on October 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.29 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.20 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.15 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.65 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. (8.26) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. (44.82) for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 3.42 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 3.27 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 6:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.15 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.44 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. (0.14) for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.45 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. (5.86) for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (43.65) for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 3.13 as on December 31, 2025 and 3.27 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 29, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

The Company has been placed in 'Z' category from existing 'B' category with effect from today i.e., January 04, 2026 according to provision 1(b) of BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/77 dated May 20, 2024 regarding non holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) within the stipulated time frame.
