(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.27 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.37 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 1.42 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.40 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.73 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.75 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 16.21 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 16.02 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Cont. news of ORIONINFU): NOCFPS has been increased to BDT 1.85, compared to BDT (0.21) for the same period of the previous year. This is mainly due to an increase in cash collection from customers which had a positive and persistent impact on NOCFPS. (end)

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A3", long term rating is not applicable and "ST-4" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023), bank liability as on 08/12/2025 and other information up to the date of rating declaration.
