(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was BDT (0.65) for January-March 2026 as against BDT 0.02 for January-March 2025; Consolidated EPS was BDT (0.95) for July 2025-March 2026 as against BDT (0.18) for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was BDT 4.06 for July 2025-March 2026 as against BDT 5.27 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NAV per share (including revaluation surplus) was BDT 85.46 as on March 31, 2026, and BDT 86.09 as on June 30, 2025; consolidated NAV per share (excluding revaluation surplus) was BDT 77.72 as on March 31, 2026, and BDT 78.34 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

Consolidated NAV per share without revaluation surplus was Tk. 78.00 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 78.34 as on June 30, 2025.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A1" in the long term and "ST-4" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023), bank liability as on 08/12/2025 and other information up to the date of rating declaration.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 12.11.2025 regarding dividend declaration & EGM for Related Party Transactions and company name change, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the venue of the forthcoming AGM and EGM has been changed to " Extended Corporate Office: (3rd Floor) 1327 Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208" from " Orion House, 153-154 Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208". It is to be noted that all other information relating to the AGM and EGM, including the date, time, and agenda, shall remain unchanged.
