As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 16, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has announced the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of audited financials of the company up to December 31, 2025 and Q1FY26 (unaudited) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.21 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.18 for January-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.94 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.29 for January-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 29.48 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 28.33 as on March 31, 2025. Reasons for deviation: NOCFPS increased duo to premium income and enhanced premium deposits.
