As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.64 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.86 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 2.93 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.49 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.68 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.66 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 40.88 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 36.30 as on June 30, 2025. Earning Per Share (EPS) has been increased due to fact that Interest Income, Rental & Other Income received during the current quarter are more than that of corresponding period of previous year same quarter. Net Operating Cash Flows Per Share (NOCFPS) has been increased due to fact that Interest Income, Rental & Other Income received during the current quarter are more than that of corresponding period of previous year same quarter.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 26, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2025 also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 21.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 20.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 18.05.2026 to 19.05.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 20.05.2026.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.29 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.63 for January-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.93 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.78 for January-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 39.24 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 35.44 as on March 31, 2025. EPS and NOCFPS have been increased due to fact that Agency Commission, Management Expenses and Claims Paid less Re-Insurance amount during the current quarter are less than that of corresponding period of previous year same quarter.

The Board of Directors has recommended 10.50% Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 4.19, NAV per share of Tk. 37.95 and NOCFPS of Tk. 5.24 for the year ended December 31, 2025 as against Tk. 2.84, Tk. 34.81 and Tk. 3.66 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2024.
