(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.39 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.80 (restated) for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 3.01 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 2.10 (restated) for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.84 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.44 (restated) for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 47.28 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 44.73 (restated) as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 23, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its 252nd meeting held on June 08, 2026, has confirmed the appointment of Mr. Md. Imran Hassan, ACS as the Company Secretary of the company with immediate effect.

Alpha Credit Rating PLC. has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and relevant qualitative information till June 24, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.70 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.36 for January-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.45 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. (0.14) for January-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 49.47 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 46.97 as on December 31, 2025.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 01.04.2026 to 02.04.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 05.04.2026.
