As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating to the Bond as "D" in the long term and "ST-6" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2025 also unaudited financials up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (3.36) for April-June 2026 as against Tk. (3.17) for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. (6.69) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (6.62) for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.42 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (0.52) for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. (159.95) as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. (156.12) as on June 30, 2025.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 27.07.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 21.07.2026 to 23.07.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 26.07.2026.

The Board of Directors of the company in its 106th Meeting held on at 15th July 2026 has decided "Resolved that, the Board noted that the Company has received Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from certain Sponsor Shareholders expressing their willingness to be considered for inclusion on the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board, after due deliberation, accorded in-principle approval to forward the matter to the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh for its consideration and appropriate orders, in accordance with the prevailing Court directives and applicable laws."

The auditor of the company has given the Basis for Qualified Opinion, Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern, Emphasis of Matters, and Other Matter paragraph in the auditor's report for the year ended December 31, 2025.
