The Company has further informed that Ms. Nahreen Yeahea, a Sponsor Directors of the Company, has received a total of 101,652 shares (including 2,960 bonus shares) from her deceased spouse, Abu Naser Md. Yeahea, as one of the legal heirs, in accordance with the Succession Certificate issued by the Hon'ble Court, as per the news disseminated by DSE on June 28, 2026.

National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as on December 31, 2025.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its 342nd meeting held on May 14, 2026 has decided to invest Tk. 3.00 (Three) crore equivalent to 30% of minimum paid-up capital of the First National Credit Bureau Limited (FNCBL), a proposed private company related to determine credit standards of borrowers in Bangladesh. The operation of the proposed company (FNCBL) will be commenced after acquiring the license from Bangladesh Bank.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 13.05.2026.
