The company has informed that as per the decision of the Board of Directors, the Registered Office of the company will be shifted on August 3, 2026 from Iqbal Centre (4th Floor), 42 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka-1213 to its new premises at Shanta Pinnacle (32nd Floor), Plot No. 190, Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1208.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 22, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has announced the rating of the Company as "AA-" for long term and "ST-2" for short term along with Negative outlook in consideration of financials of the company up to December 31, 2025 (audited), Q1FY26 (un-audited) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.05.2026 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on June 07, 2026 has rescheduled the date of AGM to June 30, 2026 instead of July 08, 2026. All other information and decisions relating to the AGM, as previously communicated, shall remain unchanged.

Mr. Nurul Amin, a Sponsor of the Company has received 1,200,000 shares of the Company from his son, Md. Adib Amin, a General Shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 23.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 04.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 03.06.2026.

Mr. Nurul Amin, a Sponsor of the Company will receive 1,200,000 shares of the Company from his Son, Md. Adib Amin, a General Shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within the next thirty working days with effect from May 19, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 24.05.2026 to 02.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 03.06.2026.
