The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm instead of October 18, 2026 to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 18, 2026 at 5:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.08.2026 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its adjourned 294th meeting held on 31-August-2026 has re-fixed the date of holding of 24th Annual General Meeting of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited on September 24, 2026 at 11 A. M at New Sindurpur Hall (4th Floor), FARS Hotel & Resorts 212, Shahid Syed Nazrul Islam Sharani, Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000 instead of September 17, 2026 due to unavoidable circumstances. All other information will remain unchanged.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 24-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 23-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 18.08.2026 to 20.08.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 23.08.2026.

The company has informed that Mr. Mustafa Husain, Deputy Managing Director of the company has taken over the current charge of the Managing Director with effect from 10 August 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (1.85) for April-June 2026 as against Tk. (2.44) for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. (3.65) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (4.20) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. (0.21) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 2.01 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. (99.97) as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. (78.53) as on June 30, 2025.

(Q1 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (1.80) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. (1.77) for January-March 2025.
