NOCFPS decreased due to reduced revenue collection compared to the same period of the previous year.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 30, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Cont. news of PTL): at a fixed tariff of BDT 8.20 per kWh, excluding VAT and AIT in company's factory premises located at Gillarchala, Sreepur, Gazipur, Bangladesh. The Generator shall supply electricity generated from the project for a period of 20 years from the date of PV system will commissioned and become operational continuing until the completion of twenty (20) consecutive years thereafter. (Continuation news of PTL): The EPS has decreased due to decrease of revenue in this period in comparison with the corresponding period of last year.
