As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 2:30 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the revaluation of the Company's assets and liabilities. Based on the report of SHAFIQ BASAK & CO., Chartered Accountants, the carrying amount of the assets has increased from Tk. 299,659,467.00 to Tk. 12,583,749,981.00, the revaluation surplus of Tk. 12,284,090,514.00 will be reflected in the financial statements, subject to auditor review and regulatory requirements. (cont.1) The increase in the value of land, buildings and other assets resulting from revaluation does not generate any immediate cash inflow. Therefore, the revaluation surplus may not have any impact on the market price of the shares.

Trading of the shares of the company shall be halted for the rest of the trading day on 15.07.2026 due to unusual price hike and increase in volume of shares.

In response to the DSE query today i.e., July 08, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in trading volume of shares.

The company has informed that as per the decision of the AGM held on 27 December 2023, the authorized capital of the company has been increased to BDT 50 crore.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (1.72) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. (9.05) for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. (7.14) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. (15.61) for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. (5.09) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.29 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. (112.73) as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. (105.59) as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation: EPS increased significantly compare to last year in the same period driven by mainly decreasing cost of goods sold and operating expense. NAVPS decreased significantly due to increase loss which increase retained earnings negatively. NOCFPS decreased significantly from the same period of the last year mainly due to the decreasing of collection from customer and other income.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (2.52) for October-December 2025 as against Tk. (5.67) for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. (5.42) for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (7.56) for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. (4.01) for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.81) for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. (111.01) as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. (105.59) as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviations: EPS increased significantly compare to last year in the same period driven by mainly increasing of sales volume. NAV is decreased significantly from the same period of the last year mainly due to increased current liabilities. NOCFPS is decreased significantly from the same period of the last year mainly due to the increased to payment for cost & expenses.
