Trading of the shares of the company shall be halted for the rest of the trading day on 15.07.2026 due to unusual price hike and increase in volume of shares.

In response to the DSE query today i.e., July 08, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in trading volume of shares.

The company has informed that as per the decision of the AGM held on 27 December 2023, the authorized capital of the company has been increased to BDT 50 crore.

NAVPS decreased significantly due to increase loss which increase retained earnings negatively.
