The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Robi Axiata PLC approved the launch of "Cirkle" as a new sub-brand of the Company. The commercial use of the "Airtel" brand in connection with the relevant products and services will be discontinued as part of the transition. The launch of Cirkle or discontinuation of Airtel will have no impact on existing customers, products, services or customer arrangements.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.50 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.49 for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.95 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.73 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 2.35 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 4.48 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 12.53 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 12.31 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 28, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q1 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.44 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.24 for January-March 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 0.97 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.20 for January-March 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 13.78 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 13.32 as on March 31, 2025.

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements of FY2022-2025 (FYE: December) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 07, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 24.03.2026.
