The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.38 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.30 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.71 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.70 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.64 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.42 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 21.03 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 20.41 as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 23, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 07.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 04.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 02.06.2026 to 03.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 04.06.2026.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.33 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.40 for January-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.16 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.27 for January-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 20.70 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 20.41 as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 13, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026.

The company has requested the shareholders to update their respective BO account with 12 digits e-TIN number, Bank account, address, mobile number etc. through their respective DPs before the Record Date.
