Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "A2" in the long term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements and actuarial valuation reports up to December 31, 2025, unaudited financial statements as of June 30, 2026 and other information up to the date of rating declaration.

Mrs. Kamrunnessa Jharna, a Sponsor of the Company has expressed her intention to sell entire holding of 313,509 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price in the Public Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within next 30 working days.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 23-Aug-2026.

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Rupali Life Insurance PLC.' instead of 'Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited' with effect from August 23, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 20-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 18.08.2026 to 19.08.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 20.08.2026.
