The auditor of the company has given the Emphasis of Matters paragraph in the auditor's report for the year ended June 30, 2025. "Emphasis of Matters: a) We draw attention to the fact that the Trust Deed of the Gratuity Fund was formalized and the trust was initiated on (1st February, 2025), which occurred subsequent to the period under audit. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter."

(Continuation news of SAIHAMCOT): During the period net profit after tax has been increased as compared to previous year same period due to decrease in Cost of goods Sold, for this reason EPS has been increased. Besides this, NOCFPS also increased due to decrease of payment for cost and expenses. (end)

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 30, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A1 (Lr)" in the long term loan and "ST-3" in the short term loan along with Stable outlook based on Audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023) and other relevant quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.20 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.31 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 0.48 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.58 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.22 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.86 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 38.08 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 38.26 as on June 30, 2025.
