The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 1.12, NAV per share of Tk. 48.74 and NOCFPS of Tk. 2.49 for the year ended June 30, 2026 as against EPS of Tk. 0.62, NAV per share of Tk. 48.39 and NOCFPS of Tk. 1.72 for the year ended June 30, 2025.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (25.10.2026) following its corporate declaration.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.83 for July-September 2026 as against Tk. 0.69 for July-September 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.62 for July-September 2026 as against Tk. 1.61 for July-September 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 49.57 as on September 30, 2026 and Tk. 48.74 as on June 30, 2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 22, 2026 at 7:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2026.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 22, 2026 at 7:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (0.06) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.30 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.77 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.90 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.92 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.53 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 48.67 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 48.39 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation: NOCFPS increased from Tk. 1.53 to Tk.1.92 mainly due to cash receipts from customers have been increased by Tk. 0.76 crore over cash paid to suppliers & employees.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 25, 2026 at 7:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.14 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.35 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 0.83 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.60 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.95 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.50 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 48.72 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 48.39 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 27, 2026 at 7:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.
