Vicar International, a Corporate Director the Company has expressed its intention to sell 18,000,000 shares out of its total holding of 34,821,563 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price in the Block Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within next 30 working days.
