The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

The Company has been placed in 'A' category from existing 'Z' category with effect from today i.e., July 12, 2026 as the Company has reported disbursement of 15% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.97 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.81 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 5.62 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 5.23 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 4.42 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.65 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 234.34 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 32.81 as on June 30, 2025. Reason for Deviation in NAVPS: NAVPS has increase due to asset revaluation carried out up to December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 30, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has been placed in 'Z' category from existing 'A' category with effect from today i.e., February 16, 2026 as per provision 1(e) of BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/77, dated May 20, 2024 regarding non-disbursement of the approved dividend within the stipulated time frame.

The Stock Brokers and Merchant Bankers are requested to abstain from providing loan facilities to purchase securities of Sonali Aansh Industries Limited with effect from today i.e., February 16, 2026 as per rule 11(8) of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Margin) Rules, 2025.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.87 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.92 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 3.65 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 3.43 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 5.71 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 3.07 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 36.45 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 65.23 as on December 31, 2024.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 29, 2026 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.
