Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.06.2026, the Company has further informed that 56,326 shares held by Late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain, Sponsor Director of the Company, will be transmitted to the account of his nominee, Mrs. Masuda Kabir (Wife of late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain), General Shareholder of the Company by way of nomination.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.26 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.45 for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.52 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.89 for January-June 2025; Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 0.69 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.21 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 20.54 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 20.02 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 23, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has further informed that 1,126,535 shares of the Company, held by Late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the Company, have been transmitted to the BO account of his nominee, Mrs. Masuda Kabir (Wife of late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain), General Shareholder of the Company by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on June 29, 2026.

The Company has informed that Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, passed away on 14.02.2026. His holdings of 1,126,535 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of his nominee, Mrs. Masuda Kabir (Wife of late Mr. Sheikh Kabir Hossain), General Shareholder of the Company by way of nomination.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 14.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 11.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 09.06.2026 to 10.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 11.06.2026.
