There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (26.10.2026) following its corporate declaration.

The Board of Directors has recommended 32% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2026. Date of AGM: 15.12.2026, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Virtual Platform. Record Date: 16.11.2026. The Company has also reported Consolidated EPS of Tk. 4.50, Consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 57.16 and Consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 8.71 for the year ended June 30, 2026 as against Tk. 7.24, Tk. 55.86 and Tk. 5.25 respectively for the year ended June 30, 2025. The company also informed that the Board of Directors of the company has approved Tk. 60.00 (sixty) crore for BMRE, Capital Machineries and lands for future expansion.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (0.29) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.27 for January-March 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.54 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 5.10 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 7.64 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.24 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 54.20 as on March 31, 2026, and Tk. 55.86 as on June 30, 2025.Reasons for significant deviation: During the period EPS decreased due to decrease of yarn price significantly as well as increase of finance cost. The business operation is volatile and realization from debtors (100% confirmed back to back LC) also very positively co-related with this, but all import payments should be made as per provision of UCPDC-600, resultant, the per share operating cash flows fluctuates from quarter to quarter, which is very common for the spinning business trend.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.14 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.93 for October-December 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.84 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 3.83 for July-December 2024. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 2.12 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 6.58 for July-December 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 54.50 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 55.86 as on June 30, 2025. The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 also unaudited financials up to September 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
