The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Ferozur Rahman as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company for a term of 2 (two) years, effective from August 21, 2026.

(Cont. news of STANDBANKL): Cash inflows decreased further due to payment of mudaraba bond, amounting to Tk. 30 crore as of 30 June 2026, compared to 31 December 2025. Investment income declined by Tk. 96.37 crore as of 30 June 2026 compared to 30 June 2025, contributing to lower cash inflows. Income from commissions, exchange earnings and brokerage decreased significantly by Tk. 42.92 crore as of 30 June 2026 compared to 30 June 2025. (end)

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 28, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Developing outlook based on audited financial statements as on December 31, 2025.
