(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.78 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.34 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 1.38 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.74 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.04 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.85 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 19.79 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 19.65 as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 23, 2026 at 5:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir Patwary, a Director of the Company, has completed his buying of 250,265 shares of the company at the prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. as per declaration disseminated on 29.06.2026 and 06.07.2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 23.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 21.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 19.05.2026 to 20.05.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 21.05.2026.

The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 1.21, NAV per share of Tk. 18.44 and NOCFPS of Tk. 1.37 for the year ended December 31, 2025 as against Tk. 1.46, Tk. 18.76 and Tk. 2.13 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2024.
