Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2025, quarterly unaudited financial statement up to March 31, 2026, and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 11.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 10.06.2026 for EGM.
