The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.93 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.07 for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.20 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.36 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 23.13 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 26.43 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 30.06 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 27.04 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 25, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the rating of the Company as "AA1" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as of December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 14.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 11.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 09.06.2026 to 10.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 11.06.2026.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.05.2026, the company has further informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide its letter dated 20 May 2026 has given its consent to the company to issue 5% Stock Dividend to the Shareholders for the year ended on 31 December 2025. The record date for the said Stock Dividend is 11 June 2026 as mentioned earlier.
