WASO Credit Rating Company (BD) Ltd. has assigned the Surveillance CPA rating of the Company as "AAA" for long term and "ST 1" for short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statement of 2025, unaudited financial statement up to 2nd Quarter of 2026 and other relevant qualitative and quantitative information.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.55 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.47 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 1.23 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.14 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.97 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.46 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 20.47 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 19.23 as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 23, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 28.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 25.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 23.06.2026 to 24.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 25.06.2026.

(Q1 Un-audited): Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 12.05.2026 regarding Q1 Financials, the company has further informed that EPS for January-March 2025 will be Tk. 0.67 instead of Tk. 1.90 and NOCFPS for January-March 2025 will be Tk. 0.23 instead of Tk. 1.18.

The Board of Directors has recommended 10% Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025. Date of AGM: 25.08.2026, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue: Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh. Record Date: 25.06.2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 1.90, NAV per share of Tk. 19.23 and NOCFPS of Tk. 1.18 for the year ended December 31, 2025 as against Tk. 1.87, Tk. 18.34 and Tk. 0.76 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2024.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (12.05.2026) following its corporate declaration.
