Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-2" for short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.69 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.59 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 2.99 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 3.15 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.49 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.53 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 95.44 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 93.91 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

News of UNIQUEHRL): Reasons for deviation: The Impact of EPS from the Company's core operations (operational performance) was positive at Tk. 0.25 for the six-month period, compared with a negative impact of Tk. 0.48 in prior year for same period. Additionally, income from the joint venture entity- Unique Meghnaghat Power Ltd. contributed approximately Tk. 59.9 crore (equivalent to Tk. 2.04 EPS), continuing to play a significant role in overall profitability growth for the Company.
