The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.23 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.14 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.27 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.17 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. (4.03) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (0.51) for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 17.17 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 17.90 as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and other available information up to the date of rating declaration.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.04.2026 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on June 08, 2026 has approved to conduct the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) through a hybrid system at Police Convention Hall, 37/3/B Eskaton Garden Road, Ramna, Dhaka. However, the date and time of the AGM will remain unchanged i.e., 11:00 a.m. and 29 June 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 20.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 19.05.2026.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.04 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.03 for January-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. (4.83) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. (2.79) for January-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 17.94 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 17.90 as on December 31, 2025.

News of UNITEDFIN): On the other hand, cash utilization for the repayment of short-term loans increased by BDT 224.07 million, while net cash generation from various other assets and liabilities collectively decreased by BDT 47.38 million.
