(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.73 for July-September 2026 as against Tk. 0.69 for July-September 2025; EPS was Tk. 2.72 for January-September 2026 as against Tk. 2.35 for January-September 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 3.49 for January-September 2026 as against Tk. 0.82 for January-September 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 36.43 as on September 30, 2026 and Tk. 31.04 as on December 31, 2025. Reasons for deviation: EPS is higher in the third quarter of 2026 than the corresponding period of 2025 due to higher underwriting profit. Increase of NOCFPS in the third quarter of 2026 than corresponding period of previous year due to higher collection of premiums. NAVPS in the third quarter of 2026 is increased than previous period due to increase in fair/market value of shares of United Finance Ltd. during the period.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 14, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

In response to the DSE query dated August 06, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in trading volume of shares.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

Reasons for deviation: NAVPS has increased due to increase in fair/market value of shares of United Finance Ltd. during the period. EPS has increased due to higher underwriting profit. NOCFPS has increased due to higher collection of premiums.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 16, 2026 at 2:35 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term along with Stable outlook based on audited financials up to December 31, 2025; unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The company has informed that Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) vide its letter dated June 17, 2026 has accorded approval to the appointment of Mr. Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur, ACII (UK) as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 21.05.2026.
