Mr. Asif Rahman, a Director of the Company, has expressed his intention to buy 350,000 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price in the Public Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within next 30 working days.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 28, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the rating of the Company as "AA1" in the long term and "ST-2" for short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as of December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
