Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on August 13, 2026 regarding disbursement of proceeds on winding up of the Fund, the company has further informed that the proceeds on winding up of the Fund were disbursed to the Unitholders on August 06, 2026, instead of August 06, 2025, as previously disseminated.

Bangladesh General Insurance Company (BGIC) PLC as the Trustee of Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One has informed that the proceeds on winding up of the Fund have been disbursed to the Unitholders on August 06, 2025 to their respective Bank Accounts through BEFTN/Bank Transfer as per CDBL, record. All unitholders are hereby informed that taxes applicable, if any, on the disbursements made shall be their own responsibility.

The Trustee of the Fund has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its letter No. BSEC/MF & SPV/MF-109/2013/(vi)/265 dated July 27, 2026 has approved the Valuation Report of Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One. As per Valuation Report of the said Fund, the Net Asset Value per Unit is Tk. 8.7224.
