(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.07 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.25 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.87 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.67 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 19.76 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 17.61 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 60.91 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 61.09 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 30, 2026 at 6:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on annual audited financial statements of FY 2022-FY 2025, unaudited financial statement of 1st quarter of FY 2025-2026, and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
